Joanna Vigus FIRP CertRP - Area Manager

Clement Nettey AITT - Account Manager/Trainer

An ambitious and self-motivated manager with extensive IT, communication and interpersonal skills, he has the proven ability to prioritise, organise and execute multiple tasks. Clement's work force consists of up to 180 employees'; they are inevitably the top performers and attendees, he constantly focuses on employee value in the work place; hence his recognised results. Clement supports the provision of training and is a qualified fork truck Instructor/Examiner, registered with the Association of Industrial Truck Trainers (AITT). He is also a CITA Onshore S-Cape Trainer/Examiner.

Clint Gomeze BA (Hons) AITT - Account Manager/Training Manager

Graduating from Middlesex University with a Degree in Criminology and Sociology and a strong career background in fraud investigation, Clint manages accounts in Bond (warehousing and Logistics). In peak periods he is responsible for the management of over 100 staff, his previous experience in warehousing and logistics is a compliment to both the Agency and the Industry. Clint also manages the organisation and provision of training. He is a qualified fork truck Instructor/Examiner, registered with the Association of Industrial Truck Trainers (AITT) and a CITA Onshore S-Cape Trainer/Examiner. Also a City & Guilds qualified Manual Handling Trainer, Clint leads the recruitment, induction and training for new employee's and delivers pick training for all staff.

Catharine Clark - Finance Manager

A specialist in her field, Catharine is responsible for all accounts, payroll, AWR, auto enrolment, staff holidays and sickness. She is extensively trained in Sage, Voyager, e-tips, word, excel, power point and quick books, all her reports are delivered to meet deadlines efficiently and accurately.

Natalie Hamilton - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Natalie has an innovative, creative and skilled approach to her work, her "can do" attitude and sound advice given to applicants and clients leads to content career engagement. With 20 years' experience in Recruitment (Commercial, Catering, Industrial and Social Care) Natalie is highly motivated and fully trained in all aspects of the business.

Steve Dear AITT - Account Supervisor / Trainer

With an extensive background career in Warehouse Management and Transport, Steve brings a wealth of experience to the team. He has excellent leadership and people management skills. Steve is a qualified fork truck Instructor/Examiner, registered with the Association of Industrial Truck Trainers (AITT) and a CITA Onshore S-Cape Trainer/Examiner. Also a City & Guilds qualified Manual Handling Trainer. He also leads the recruitment, induction and training for new employees.

Honor Debnam - Recruitment Consultant

Honor's previous experience in Retail Management coupled with her outgoing character compliments the Agencys focus on outstanding customer service. Mike Hornsby – LLB (Hons) - Partner Gisby Harrison

Mike has been an Employment law Solicitor for over 15 years, and provides Fore Street with all legal advice necessary including provision of contracts of employment, policies and procedures, temporary worker contracts, TUPE transfers, The Agency Workers Regulations, Automatic Enrolment (Pensions), dispute resolution and commercial contracts with our clients.

Patricia Insalaco – Compliance Administrator

Patricia’s role ensures that Fore Street operates in a legal and ethical manner whilst meeting its business goals.  She is responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies and advising management on possible risks.
