The Role
We’re looking for a Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by results, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with an existing customer base, ensuring repeat business
· Make proactive, high-volume outbound calls to drive sales growth
· Deliver excellent customer service, offering expert product advice and support
· Work closely with the wider sales team to hit and exceed targets
About You
· A confident communicator with a friendly, professional telephone manner
· Comfortable making outbound calls and maintaining long-term customer relationships
· Motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed
· Previous telesales experience is an advantage, but not essential — we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all.
