Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm

We are a fast-paced and creative business, specialising in print production, branded merchandise, and fulfilment services. We partner with leading brands to deliver high-quality, bespoke solutions and we are looking for a highly organised Warehouse Stock Controller to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role, managing stock levels across a wide variety of print and merchandise items. You will ensure that inventory is accurate, well-organised, and ready to meet client needs - from campaign rollouts to daily e-commerce fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock levels for printed materials, branded merchandise, packaging, and fulfilment supplies
  • Perform regular stock counts and inventory checks
  • Managing goods in processes and checking deliveries
  • Check and track loan equipment/items to ensure accurate stock records

    Manage stock allocation for outgoing orders and maintain fully stocked pick locations to support efficient warehouse operations
     
  • Resolve stock discrepancies by investigating issues and working cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, and account managers

  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, compliant, and organised according to product type and client requirements
  • Support reporting and forecasting on high-turnover and critical stock items
  • Utilise inventory management software to log transactions and generate reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a stock control or warehouse operations role, ideally in a print, merchandise, or fulfilment environment
  • Good working knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple product types (e.g. print, clothing, promotional items)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Forklift licence or willingness to train (advantageous but not essential)
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse setting
