The Line Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the production/decant lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. They guide team members, monitor workflow, resolve issues promptly, and enforce operational procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to maintain smooth line operations and meet production/decant targets. A key part of the job is strict compliance with company’s operational procedures and policies.

Line process: Responsible for controlling all aspects of labelling/production and/or decant processes and controls within the company’s existing policies/procedures. Ensures delivery consistently to the highest standards and can train other line leaders.

Labels/Packaging: Responsible for using the correct packaging and ensuring the labelling process is strictly followed. Ensures the integrity of the system verifying all processes are followed.

Production/decant systems: Manages data in Prophet, Marco and RedZone systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.

Ability: Proven ability to run multiple production/decant lines whilst covering operating Prophet tasks when required.

Able to demonstrate train the trainer skill set and ensures adequate training is given and competence assessments are completed.

Able to train other key roles such as line leaders, line operatives, unloaders and line feeder.

Previous experience is essential - Chill Operation.

Hours - Sunday to Wednesday 7am - 7pm or Wednesday to Saturday 7am  to 7pm
