Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping for the principal, charitable foundation, sporting companies, and estate operations.
- Record daily transactions and reconcile all bank, credit card, and petty cash accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and invoicing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with annual budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
- Prepare and execute bi-monthly payment runs.
- Liaise with accountants, auditors, and tax advisers to support year-end processes and compliance.
- Maintain orderly digital and paper records of all financial activity.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Administer payroll for multiple entities, including household, country estate and seasonal staff.
- Manage PAYE, National Insurance, pensions (including auto-enrolment), benefits, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
- Process new starters, leavers, and employment changes in a timely manner.
- Prepare P60s, P45s, and other year-end documentation.
