We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive / Administrator with a solid background in marketing to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Business Operations Director and supporting the Managing Director.
• Administrative Support
• Financial Administration: Assisting with admin on invoicing.
• Conduct Market Research: as requested and to understand market needs, competitor and customer needs. This will help in informing our marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Creating engaging content for various channels, including slide deck, social media, newsletters and our website.
• Brand Management: Ensuring consistency and adherence to the brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.
• Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
• Event Coordination: Organizing and promoting events, workshops, or webinars that showcase the consultancy's expertise and attract potential clients.
• Email Marketing : Designing and executing email campaigns to keep current and potential clients informed and engaged.
• Performance Analysis : Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
