Role: Junior Finance Broker
 

About the Role

• Focus on asset finance and business loans (B2B only)
• Daily target: minimum 125 cold calls
• Responsible for finding own leads (with some provided and training provided on how to find leads - there is a process)
• Primarily a deal finder role – passing opportunities for me or senior brokers to close – with a plan to develop into a full broker role after 6-months
• Full training provided in both sales and finance

Candidate Profile

• Experience not essential – sales background a bonus but not required
• Must have work ethic, drive, and ambition above all else
• Hungry, competitive, motivated by money and career progression
• Resilient, confident on the phone, and eager to learn and earn
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
