Hospitality Manager



Our client's venue is based on the outskirts of Hertford, the main focus is managing the bar mostly at weekends.

Hospitality Manager duties will include but not limited to:

  • Managing staff
  • Cellar work
  • Stock taking
  • Liaising with the catering department 
  • Cashiering.

The busy season is September to April and the ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in hospitality / bar.
