Finance Administrator Ref: BO799
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Entering and uploading sales and purchase invoices into Xero
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer and supplier information on Xero
- Raise PO’s, cross reference, and code invoices with the relevant purchase orders
- Credit control including chasing late payments
- General administration and ad hoc finance project
- Take in coming telephone enquiries
- Cover the reception and phones when the Office Administrator is on lunch and annual leave or during busy periods.
Requirements:
The ideal person will have:
- Some financial experience or be a recent finance graduate
- Be a problem solver
- Good communication skills
- Have excellent MS office skills particularly Word and Excel
- Experience using an accounts package such as Xero
- Have your own car and be able to commute to a rural area in Hertford
