Due to continued growth, expansion and demand in both customer base and orders they are seeking a skilled Polymer Extrusion Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the polymer extrusion process, ensuring product quality, and optimizing production efficiency. The Polymer Extrusion Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements.

 Qualifications:

• Proven experience in polymer extrusion processes, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of polymer materials and their behaviour during extrusion.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to polymer extrusion.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
