The Planner is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for managing telephone and email inquiries efficiently. As the primary contact for service requests, you will:
- Provide a professional, courteous service to customers, exceeding their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Take full responsibility for customer service requests, keeping customers informed of the status throughout the process.
- Manage, plan, and dispatch Customer Service Engineers (CSEs), ensuring adherence to customer SLAs and departmental KPIs.
- Plan engineer schedules to achieve an average of four calls per day.
- Proactively reduce customer-related service complaints through accountable and efficient management of each service call.
