Who We Are

Viv opened Fore Street Recruitment in 1991 with her former business partner and continues to work hands on with her dedicated team.

Fore Street is now Hertford’s longest serving Employment Agency,  additionally as a training provider their services extend into London, the home counties, East of England and the Midlands.

As a working mother of 3, Viv & her husband have been involved in many charity events both locally and nationally and in her spare time she loves to travel.

Jo has been with Fore Street since 1995 and has outstanding knowledge in all aspects of the recruitment industry, as well as assisting Viv with the day to day running of the business Jo has managed corporate accounts, supervised teams and insured smooth transactions within the diversity of the industry.

Whilst Jo is not busy at work, she is a keen cyclist and has covered London to Lands’ End on a tandem with her partner. Jo enjoys spending time in Southwold and has recently taken to bee keeping

Natalie has been working with Fore Street for over 12 years as a recruitment consultant. 

Her strengths are based on building long lasting relationships with people, she thrives on ensuring candidates achieve their full potential and she is able to listen to what people need. Natalie always goes the extra mile to deliver. 

Natalie’ enjoys spending time socialising with her friends and family and when she is not with them, she will be walking and spending time with her dog, Wilson. 

Honor's previous experience in Retail Management coupled with her outgoing character compliments the Agency’s focus on outstanding customer service. 

She builds relationships with both clients and applicants identifying their needs and aspirations. Her friendly approach makes new starters feel welcome and valued in their place of work.

Shopping and socialising are usually first on the list when Honor is away from work.

A specialist in her field, Catharine is responsible for all accounts, payroll, AWR, auto enrolment, staff holidays and sickness. 

Cathy loves to read, spend time with her family and walk her two dogs Oscar and Olive. She is a self confessed foodie, who enjoys cooking a range of cuisines for herself and her family. 

She is also an excellent baker, if only she would bring more cakes into the office!

Nicole began her career as a Recruitment Consultant here at Fore Street twelve years ago, in this time she has broadened her industry knowledge to encompass all aspects of HR and Recruitment. Nicole is utilising her marketing experience to develop and manage Fore Street’s Social Media.

When Nicole isn’t at work she is a busy mum of three little ones, so you will mostly find her at parks or farms keeping the children entertained outdoors in the mud where they love to be.

Clement is an ambitious, self-motivated trainer/manager with extensive IT, communication, and interpersonal skills, he has the proven ability to prioritise, organise and execute multiple tasks.

Clement supports the provision of training and is a qualified fork truck Instructor/Examiner, registered with the Association of Industrial Truck Trainers (AITT). He is also a CITA Onshore S-Cape Trainer/Examiner.

Outside of work, Clement enjoys spending time with his family and friends which usually involves, herbs, spices and a BBQ.

Constantly incorporating unique business development tools at Fore Street, Nick's integrating of seamless networking keeps data at managements fingertips; hence Fore Street people are free to grow the business proactively.

Rob has been an accountant for 35 years and is a director at Newton & Garner, chartered accountants.

Together with the director and finance manager, Rob assists with quarterly management figures and prepares yearend statutory accounts.

Mike has been an Employment law Solicitor for over 25 years, and provides Fore Street with all legal advice necessary including provision of contracts of employment, policies and procedures, temporary worker contracts, TUPE transfers, The Agency Workers Regulations, Automatic Enrolment (Pensions), dispute resolution and commercial contracts with our clients.
