1st Line Service Desk Technician (Permanent) £24,000-£25,000pa

Our clients based close to Hertford are seeking someone to join their ICT team to support over 2000 users over various sites.

 

They require someone whom is able to support Microsoft Office products with 6 months plus experience of providing 1st Line Support and offering a first class customer service support as in answering incoming calls trying to resolve 1st line support enquires and if not possible logging and passing on to 2nd and or 3 stage support.
