International Sales Manager - £30,000-£40,000

International Sales Manager Hoddesdon

Our clients based in Hoddesdon manufacture scientific instruments that are supplied to their global customers. They have an exciting new opportunity for an International Sales Manager, you would be responsible for managing sales and technical support for a geographical region of the world. 

Main duties as International Sales Manager:

  • Supporting local distributors and agents
  • Providing first line technical support to users
  • Sending out sales and marketing materials
  • Supporting local conferences and exhibitions (either remotely or in the region)
  • Preparing quotations and proforma invoices to customers where we do not have an active agent

The right candidate will ideally have the ability to provide input into the production of marketing materials, and some knowledge of managing social media accounts would also be a benefit. 

95% of our sales are exported around the globe, so occasional foreign travel will be required. 

Our customers are generally university lecturers and students in the biosciences, so some knowledge of plant physiology or soil science would be advantageous, although this is not a necessity.
