Care and Support worker - £17,140 to £18,689 per annum

Establishment based in the outskirts of Ware require the Care/ Support workers. Candidates must be competent in providing care in accordance with individuals assessed needs.

Experience of providing care and support to vulnerable people (employed or voluntary). However full training will be provided.

Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or willing to train).

Own transport essential.

Suitability to work with adults and Children at risk.

Flexibility to work a shift pattern, including some unsocial hours. Hours of work will be a mixture of early and late shifts (0715-1445 or 1445-2145) You will be required to work 2 weekends out of 4. Weekends are paid at a at time and a half.

Ability to communicate clearly, face to face and in writing, understand and follow instructions and work safely without direct supervision.

Enhanced DBS essential.

£8.79 - £9.58 per hour. Plus weekend enhancements and overtime opportunities.
