You will provide a complete administration function for the team and project as a whole, maintain document control processes, ensuring all incoming and outgoing correspondence is logged, processing invoices, Maintaining holiday and sickness records and co-ordinating training and meetings rooms. Updating of spreadsheets. This will be a varied and interesting role.
