Our clients based close to Hertford are seeking someone to work closely with their ICT Implementation Manager, this role will be to assist with the effective implementation of new systems and processes, and to support staff aiming to enhance the users adoption and usage of systems.
THEY WILL OFFER FULL TRAINING ON ALL THEIR IN-HOUSE SYSTEMS ALONG WITH ADVANCED EXCEL AND SOME WEB DESIGN SYSTEMS.
Support the ICT Implementation Manager in all aspects of delivering the implementation of corporate business systems & 3rd party applicationsAssist with the gathering of background project informationCo-ordinate the deployment of Company Extranet servicesPerform day to day on-site system training & trouble-shootingLiaise with the wider ICT community to provide feedback from the sitesDeliver user focused training activities both on-site & at regional officesManage auditing & reporting on-site usage of bespoke systemsAssist with pre / post upgrade & user acceptance testing for new systems, fixes & enhancementsWork with the ICT Helpdesk / Users for product specific supportWork alongside the ICT Trainer in delivering other bespoke training programmesAdminister bespoke systems roll outReview and update system learning materialsPromote the wider services of ICT
Required qualifications / expertise:
Numerate & literateGood general secondary educationGCSE English & Maths or equivalent3 years+ training experience in both 1-2-1 & Group environmentsExperience of training bespoke web-based systemsHighly computer literateFull UK Driving LicenceBack To Jobs
