Part Qualified Accounts (Permanent) £35-£40,000pa

This excellent opportunity has arisen to you join our client based in Hertford.

 

This role will be working closely with their Head of Finance.

· Experience of working within an SME GROUP Environment

· Preparation and completion of monthly group management accounts

· An understanding of accounts to TB level

· Balance sheet reconciliations

· Monthly intercompany recharges and reconciliation

· Posting of journals

· Understanding of accruals and prepayments

· Experience of sage

· Margin and variance analysis of monthly management accounts

· Cash forecast

· VAT returns

· Provide support and development to Finance Assistant and Finance Administrator

· Understanding of WIP

· Management and development of financial reports, processes and procedures

The candidate will need to have the following skills: -

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to manage own workload and responsibilities

· Proactive

· Professional pride

· Organised with good communication skills and the ability to talk to non-finance staff

· Ability to work to tight deadlines
