*   Have experience in setting and operating CNC Lathe and conventional machines
*   Be able to read engineering drawings

*   Drive to reduce stock to a level that will continue to support customer demand
*   Have a good understanding in the use of office applications such as Word, Excel,   Powerpoint and Outlook
