      Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced ever-changing environment within the food industry.
• Previous transport or distribution management experience
• Understanding of CPC and how it is applied

• Conducts department safety monitoring (PAT tours) and ensures that colleagues health and safety and legislative training is up to date
• 5/7 shift and could be days or nights or a combination of both.

Reporting to the process Team Manager your role will encompass the day to day running of the relevant area within the business, ensuring set targets are achieved on a shift by shift basis, along with understanding of KPI’s within your specific area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating the daily operational requirements within the warehouse
Respond to general customer enquiries ensuring that queries are resolved and follow-up actions are taken as needed
Ensure that the shift you are responsible for reaches its target on a consistent basis.
Maintain and exceed excellent service levels at all times
Develop customer relationships where required and possible
Take on projects as and when required and see them through to successful completion
To deal with more complex customer and operational issues escalated from colleagues and directly from customers
