Hours :10:30am or 11.30 am start, Five over Seven days, 48 hours a week
Must have experience with the chilled Food Industry and of Shift work.
The role will involve:
•Leading, motivating and developing the PRET team Operatives
•Checking and ensuring the safe and effective deployment within the team
•Ensuring team activities are with company policy, legislation and meet KPI’s
•Making recommendations and improvements to the way the team operates
•Managing performance, attendance, conduct of team
•Inducting and coaching new staff
•Ensuring full coverage of each role within the team and to achieve targets set for the team
•Develop a multi skilled team through the identification of skills gap and regular training sessions

•Proven successful experience of coaching, developing and leading others
•Experience within the Chilled Food Industry and of Shift Work
•Excellent communication, problem solving skills and customer focus
