You will be responsible for managing and developing the current team within the kitchen and increasing the standard of food along with creating new seasonal menus and assist in decreasing of food costs. It is important you are a strong communicator with ambition, drive and most importantly passionate about delivering quality food at all times. SALES / HOTEL CO-ORDINATOR
Our Clients based within the hospitality sector are seeking a Business Development Manager to actively seek out and secure new business for the hotel across all major sectors you will develop the business, nurture it, negotiate (where appropriate) etc. They require someone with a keen and enthusiastic desire to obtain new leads and to assist in promoting the hotel. Some previous experience within a sales environment as in direct client contact along with some cold calling would be useful but by no means essential. You will be working very closely with the General Manager, Conference and Banqueting Manager and Reception Manager to assist in promoting the hotel and its services. This position offers an excellent working environment along with a Very Good Bonus Scheme.

SOUS CHEF
