Vivienne J Debnam FIRP- Director
Established in 1991 Fore Street Employment Agency Ltd is owned and managed by Vivienne J Debnam FIRP. Vivienne alongside her managers and consultants assists with the excellent working relationships the agency has built with its clients. With her talent and wealth of experience she has made Fore Street one of the most popular and successful businesses in the area.

Joanna Vigus M.R.E.C - Manager - Temporary Division
Joanna has been with Fore Street for over 15 years, she is responsible for all operational and office procedures within the Temporary Division. Joanna has extensive experience in key account management and exclusive control of master vendor agreements. She has been recognised for her unique interviewing skills and her commitment to both the agency and the industry.

Kim Bryce FIRP - Manager - Permanents Division / Executive Division
Kim has had 20 years of highly successful experience in the City and Local areas as a Manager/Senior consultant covering sectors of Senior Management, Secretarial and Administration and all levels of support staff. Kim also believes her open and honest approach with her ability to listen (rather than assume) is what has made her successful. Along with her sound headhunting, search and selection skills this makes Kim streets ahead of her local competitors.

Nicole Lake – Consultant
Exceeding all targets and KPI’s Nicole has an innovative, creative and skilled approach to her work, her “can do” attitude and sound advice give clients and applicant’s confidence and contentment in career engagement.

Anna Payton - Consultant
With the ability to converse in five different languages Anna compliments the team Fore Street, she is highly motivated and fully trained in all aspects of recruitment and customer service.

Nigel Elward Bsc – Account Supervisor
Nigel’s focuses on employee value in the work place, working on and off site he constantly monitors, assists and encourages staff with performance and targets.

Pamela Priestley - Administrator
Pamela joined Fore Street over 12 years ago to assist with clerical duties; she now manages the weekly invoicing and payroll system. She is also responsible for co-ordinating the temporary catering staff for the agency.

Robert Knight FCCA ATTII - Newton & Garner Accountants
Robert produces all the monthly management accounts for Fore Street Employment Agency Ltd, he works along side the director assisting and advising on the business and all financial matters.

Catherine Clarke – Accounts Administrator
A specialist in her field, Cath has full responsibility for all accounts and management reporting.

Nick Burridge IEng FIET – IT Support
Constantly incorporating unique business development tools at Fore Street, Nick’s integrating of seamless networking keeps data at management fingertips; hence Fore Street people are free to grow the business proactively.
